At Steve Jones, things wouldn’t run nearly as smoothly without the dynamic duo holding down the fort behind the scenes - Julie and Vanessa.
Julie, our Office Manager, has been part of the Steve Jones family since2021. She’s the quiet powerhouse who keeps everything running: from paying the bills and paying the staff, to managing the little details that make our office hum like a well-oiled machine. If there's something that needs sorting, Julie’s the one you can count on.
Joining her more recently, inSeptember of last year, is Vanessa, our Senior Admin & Sales Support. Vanessa is the friendly voice our customers hear when they call in - she handles all account enquiries with grace. You’ll also often find her on the shop floor, meeting customers face-to-face and lending a helping hand where it’s needed.
Together, Julie and Vanessa form an awesome team. Julie’s deep organisational sense and wealth of knowledge ensures things don’t fall through the cracks, while Vanessa brings warmth, and a strong customer focus. Their different strengths complement each other beautifully, making our office a place where things just … get done - and done well.
We’re so grateful to have both of them here at Steve Jones. They truly keep the wheels turning, even when it’s behind the scenes.
